Fall Pop-Up Ladies Retreat

πŸ‚βœ¨ Pop-Up Fall Ladies Retreat – You're Invited! βœ¨πŸ‚
An unforgettable day of connection, healing, and celebration of YOU.

Looking for a way to reset, reconnect, and recharge this fall? Join us for a soul-nourishing Pop-Up Fall Retreat designed just for women ready to slow down, breathe deeply, and show up for themselves in a meaningful way.

Hosted by Integrated Elevation Wellness & Retreats and Elite Equestrian, this one-day experience is rooted in our Four Pillars of Connection:

🐴 1. Equine-Assisted Learning (EAL)
Led by Meaghan Macleod, Somatic Experiencing Trauma Therapist & Certified EAL Facilitator, this experiential session uses horse-human connection to build skills in leadership, communication, empathy, and self-awareness. Ground-based exercises with our horses provide powerful, real-time feedback to help you grow and connect deeplyβ€”with yourself and others.
At Integrated Elevation, we believe: β€œIn order to thrive, you must Integrate to Elevate.”

🌲 2. Scenic Trail Ride
Take what you’ve learned from the EAL session and carry it into a guided trail ride through peaceful forest paths. Reconnect with the land, our horses, and the women riding beside you as we soak in nature and move with intention.

πŸ’† 3. Therapeutic Massage
Let go of tension and reconnect with your body through healing touch. Enjoy a therapeutic massage from Erin Black, RMT, as part of your retreat experience.

πŸ§€ 4. Local Tasting Experience
End the day with a delicious tasting from The Big Fiddle, paired with a beautifully curated, farm-made charcuterie board featuring hand-picked and crafted items from Brittney O'Donnell. A cozy, celebratory close to a powerful day.
