Dakota belongs to the mother of one of our lesson students and came to the farm to learn the ropes of becoming a lesson pony—and to get ready for her younger rider. She is a full, old-school Morgan mare with enough attitude to fill the arena twice over. Dakota loves to jump, loves to go fast, and fully believes the world should run on her schedule.

And when winter hits? Dakota transforms into what we lovingly call a dragon. She hates the cold and snow… and honestly, we don’t blame her. Her fiery seasonal personality only adds to her charm.

Dakota was born in 2004 and is a 14.2-hand Morgan mare with spirit, speed, and a ton of character—making her a memorable and beloved part of the Elite Equestrian family.
